Ticketing & Attendee Management

Configure multiple ticket tiers per event — name, price, and quantity — and manage your full guest list in real time. Search by name, filter by ticket type or check-in status, issue individual refunds, blacklist attendees, and see precisely which staff members are checking guests in at the door.

Team Management

Build your team directly from the app. Search for employees by name or email, or generate shareable invite links — one-time or multi-use — to bring staff on board immediately. Remove members at any time. Automated email notifications handle all communication throughout.

Event & Edit Requests

Hosts and promoters submit event requests directly through the app. Review incoming requests, approve or reject them with a single tap, and manage pending edit requests on already-approved events — keeping full editorial control over your venue’s calendar at all times.

Promotions

Create drink deals, limited offers, and special promotions with a title, description, photo, availability window, and quantity cap. Publish them to the ClubLink feed instantly, where club-goers discover and save them before the night. All upcoming and past promotions are managed from a single hub.

Dashboard & Analytics

A rolling 30-day performance snapshot: total tickets sold, revenue generated, new followers, and promotions active. Drill into event-by-event breakdowns and jump straight to any action — create an event, add a promotion, view today’s guests — from the dashboard’s quick-action cards.

Photo Albums

Upload and organise event photography into albums that appear on your venue’s ClubLink profile. Attach albums to past or upcoming events, add and remove photos at any time, and give potential guests an authentic look at the atmosphere your nights create.

Host Verifications

Host verification applications — including Instagram handle and identity photo — arrive directly in your manager dashboard. Approve or reject with an optional reason, maintaining full control over who holds verified status at your venue.

Club Profile

Manage your venue’s public-facing profile — name, description, cover photos, and daily opening hours. Your profile is the face of your club on ClubLink: where people discover who you are, what you offer, and when you’re open.


For Employees & Door Staff

Your team signs into the same ClubLink app under the Employee role — a focused experience built for people who run the floor. Managers invite staff directly from the app; employees are active on the roster within minutes of accepting.

QR Ticket Scanning

The core tool for door staff. Employees open the scanner, point at a guest’s QR code, and the check-in is processed instantly — validated against the live attendee list with no room for duplicates or fraud. Every scan is logged and visible to the venue manager in real time.

Live Guest List

Access the full event guest list at any time. Search by name, filter by ticket type or check-in status, and confirm entries in seconds. Staff always have an up-to-the-minute view of who’s inside and who’s still expected — no spreadsheets, no clipboards.

Promotion Redemption

Scan guest QR codes to mark drink deal and promotion claims on the spot. ClubLink tracks redemptions automatically — preventing double-use and giving managers a clear, accurate count of how many promotions have been claimed throughout the night.

Event Requests

Submit event requests directly to venues through a guided multi-step form. Search and select the club, add your event details — title, description, cover photo, date and time range — and tag additional hosts. Once submitted, the venue manager reviews and approves or declines from their dashboard.

Tagged Events

Track the full status of every event you’re associated with. Approved events show clearly; pending requests display the club and submission date; rejected requests include the manager’s reason. Edit pending requests before approval, or submit changes to already-confirmed events through the same interface.

Verification

Apply for a verified host badge by submitting your Instagram handle, an identity photo, and supporting notes. The venue manager reviews your application and approves or declines it. A verified badge signals credibility to clubs and club-goers and appears prominently on your ClubLink profile.

Analytics

A personal analytics dashboard showing your total tagged events, upcoming bookings, past events, and the number of distinct venues you’ve worked with. Understand your trajectory as a host and identify which venues are booking you most consistently.

Reviews

Browse reviews left by attendees and managers following your past events. View average ratings per venue and build a track record of successful nights — the kind of reputation that makes it easier to secure bookings at new clubs.

Professional Profile

Build a complete professional profile: display name, bio, Instagram handle, website, Spotify link, and SoundCloud link. Your profile is your presence on ClubLink — visible to venues considering your requests and to club-goers who want to know who’s behind the night.


Which Account is Right For You?

When you open ClubLink, you choose your role. Here’s exactly what each account type means and how you get started.

Venue Manager

You run or manage a nightclub, bar, or venue.

Venue accounts are created entirely within the app — no prior contact with ClubLink required. Download ClubLink, open it, and select Club at the role selection screen. You’ll be guided through a four-step registration:

  • Step 1 — Venue Details: Name, description, address, city, contact email, and phone number.
  • Step 2 — Music Categories: Select the genres your venue plays. Add custom categories if needed.
  • Step 3 — Opening Hours: Set your hours for each day of the week.
  • Step 4 — Manager Information: Your name, email address, and phone number.

Once submitted, the ClubLink team reviews your application. Approved venues receive full manager access immediately. From then on, sign in with a one-time passcode sent to your email — no password required.

Employee

You work at a venue — door staff, bar crew, floor team.

You don’t sign up independently — your manager sends you an invite. Accept the invite link, download ClubLink, and register with your email address, or sign in via Apple or Google. Once your short profile is set up, you appear on the venue’s team roster and gain access to the employee view of the app.

From there, you can scan tickets at the door, access the live guest list, redeem promotions, and view all upcoming events for every venue you work at — all from one app.

Host & Promoter

You’re a DJ, artist, promoter, or event organiser.

Sign up with your phone number and verify via SMS. You’ll then set your performance category and complete your professional profile — bio, Instagram handle, Spotify, SoundCloud, and website. From there, you can request events at any venue on ClubLink straight away.

Apply for a verified badge to stand out to venues, track your bookings and analytics, and build a review history that grows your reputation across the ClubLink network.
